Posting to TikTok with CoPost

Connecting TikTok

1. Go to Manage > Integrations and click Connect on TikTok.
2. Log in to TikTok and accept every option TikTok shows you.

You'll be taken back to CoPost, and your TikTok account will appear under Connected.

TikTok options in Composer

When you select a TikTok account in Composer, you'll see these options.

Post type

• Video: one video, up to 5 minutes. If you add images instead, CoPost turns them into a short video for you.
• Photo: up to 35 images, which people swipe through. Switch on Auto Add Music to let TikTok add a soundtrack.

Visibility

Choose who can see the post: Public, Mutual follow friends or Private (Only you).

Interactions

Switch Enable Commenting, Enable Duet and Enable Stitch on or off. Duet and Stitch only apply to videos.

Disclose content

If the post promotes a brand, product or service, switch on Disclose content and choose:

• Your brand: you're promoting yourself or your own business.
• Branded Content: you're promoting another brand or a third party. Branded content can't be set to Private.

TikTok adds a label to the post so viewers know it's promotional.

• Captions can be up to 2,200 characters.
• TikTok checks every post before it goes live, so a post can take a few minutes to appear on your profile after CoPost publishes it.
