The Content page is the home of every post in your Brand Space. Use it to find a post, check its status, pick up a draft, send a failed post again or bring back something you deleted.

Open it from Create > Content in the left-hand menu.

The tabs

Posts are grouped by status. Each tab shows how many posts it holds.

TabWhat's in it
DraftsPosts you've saved but not scheduled
ScheduledPosts that will publish automatically at their scheduled time
Scheduled DraftPosts with a date and time that won't publish until they're approved or moved to Scheduled
PublishedPosts that have gone out
FailedPosts that didn't publish. The count turns red when there's something here. See Troubleshooting failed posts.
FavoritesDrafts you've marked as favourites, to find them quickly
EvergreenPosts that are automatically re-shared on a schedule
DeletedThe recycle bin. Deleted posts stay here until you restore them or delete them for good.

Use the search box to find posts in the current tab by their text.

Sending posts to a client for approval

On the Drafts, Scheduled, Scheduled Draft and Favorites tabs, each post has a checkbox. Tick the posts you want a client to review and click Send for approval to create a Client Approval Link. See Getting client approval on posts with a review link.

Evergreen posts

Evergreen posts are re-shared automatically. They come from post slot collections that have ReShare Posts switched on. After a post goes out, it's added back to the queue to publish again later.

The Evergreen tab lists these posts with the date each one will be re-queued. Click Remove from Evergreen to stop a post from being re-shared.

ℹ️ In the slot collection's settings, you can also switch on AI Rewrite Evergreen Posts, which has AI rewrite each evergreen post before it goes back in the queue so it stays fresh.

Synced Content

Open Synced Content at the top of the page to see posts you've published on your social accounts, including ones you posted outside CoPost. Pick a social account to see its posts, then repurpose your best-performing content into a new draft.

To use this, Sync Content must be switched on in Settings > Brand Space.

Frequently asked questions

I deleted a post by mistake. Open the Deleted tab and click Restore on the post.

What's the difference between Scheduled and Scheduled Draft? A Scheduled post publishes automatically at its time. A Scheduled Draft has a time but won't publish until someone approves it or moves it to Scheduled. CoGen can add posts as Scheduled Drafts so you can check them first.

How do I post something again? Open the Published tab and click Repurpose on the post. You'll get a new draft copy to edit and schedule.
