Creating and Customizing a Brand Space
A Brand Space contains your business/brand/team with it's own set of social media accounts, analytics, brand voice, social inbox etc.

Brand Spaces enable you to separate multiple businesses, brands and clients into their own space and quickly switch between them whenever needed. You can add team members or clients with different levels of permissions to work with CoPost's approval workflow or to simply all contribute to a business.
This feature requires the Teams subscription or higher
Creating a Space
- Click on the brand space dropdown on the top bar and choose Create New Space

- In the dialog, drag over your brand logo into the media drop area or click to browse your computer.
- Add the name of your new brand space

- Click Create Space to finish this part and your space will be created.

- Click on the brand space dropdown again and select the new space to switch to it.

Your new brand space will now be created, now we'll continue to set up the space
- Head over to Settings from the left hand menu.

- In the settings area, click on Brand Space at the top.
- You can edit the logo and name of your space by clicking the edit icon

- Change your default language from the dropdown if required, this will be the language that AI uses when engaging and writing content if brand settings are in use.

- To set up your brand voice, fill in as much detail in the form as possible, the more info here, the better AI will understand your business and your voice.

- Once you have created your brand voice, click save to lock the settings in.

- Turning on Approval Workflow will enable the "Scheduled for approval" status, this means that if you do not have the approval permission, any post scheduled will be for approval and can be approved by someone with the permission. A non approver can assign posts to an approver.
- Next we can opt-in to receiving in-app notifications when a post has been published and when a post has been assigned to you.
- Finally Turn on/off Social Sync. When this option is on (default), CoPost will periodically check each connected social account and import post content, this includes content that hasn't been created within CoPost.
This feature is handy for repurposing content, having a full view of your post history and getting post insights for all live content.

- CoPost has a built-in link shortener called tinyfi.me, to take advantage of this feature, leave the "Shorten Links" option on. We also count the clicks on shortened links and are working on an analytics area to display this information.

- Finally we reach the Danger Zone, this is where we can delete the brand space if it's no longer required.
Bear in mind that this action will delete everything associated with the space including posts, analytics, comments and social media platform connections.
